“I called Brick Lane Catering very last minute for my client’s catering needs and they jumped right on the planning train.  With only a few days to plan, they pulled together the perfect menu for this MUSC bash on the battery in an efficient manner.  The Brick Lane staff was helping with things that were above and beyond their call of duty and did so willingly and without asking.  We will absolutely use Brick Lane for many more events to come.  The staff is professional, timely in response, and helpful in guiding all aspects of menu.  It is exciting to see new and fresh ideas amongst the ‘oldest, newest’ caterer in the Lowcountry.’
